Term: The Staff Secretary is elected by the Principal. The term of the Staff Secretary shall be 1 year.
Meetings: The meeting of the council shall be convened at such times as the Principal may consider necessary.
Functions
- To facilitate communication among the Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff.
- To make rules & regulations for sports and extra-curricular activities and the proper maintenance and functioning of the playgrounds.
- To participate, assist and advise the Principal in nominating staff representatives to serve on institutional committees.
- To promote and advocate staff professionalism and support opportunities for leadership development.
- To plan the celebration of important days and other co-curricular activities.
- To perform such other functions as may be assigned by the Principal.
